Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Adept Federal Way Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Adept Federal Way Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, land and lot clearing, tree health and maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming in Federal Way, WA and surrounding areas.

Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial assessment. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise during service delivery.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. Please ensure pets are secured and notify us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential hazards on your property. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles.

Liability and Insurance

Adept Federal Way Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, property damage resulting from acts of nature, or damage caused by conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities for tree removal or other services. We can provide guidance on permit requirements but cannot guarantee permit approval.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. Emergency service rates may differ from standard pricing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
